CD Vs Vinyl A CD (mp3) is much better than a vinyl because one it runs a lot smoother, two the CD is much smaller than a vinyl and three it is easily accessible. When songs on CD’s are being recorded the performer can digitally enhance it,edit the sound and take breaks whereas on a vinyl everything was done in one take including the instruments. CD’s/Mp3’s can be downloaded and used on your handheld devices like phone or Mp3 player whereas the vinyl you could only hear it from the device it is being played from. Where CDs are digital there is nothing on show as to where a vinyl has grooves which are like data which allows the songs to be heard.
